The 4process experts responsible for you will be notified automatically and will immediately get in touch with the relevant contact person in your company. You are kept informed of the current processing status of your report at all times.
A solution to your problem will be worked out and made available as quickly as possible in close coordination. All communication is always documented in the service desk. This information is also available to you after the problem report has been completed so that you can access the knowledge gained at any time. You can therefore solve recurring problems easily and independently.
